Connu(e) pour The Lovers Of Avignon

Español: Manuel Fernández Ferro (Madrid, 1978). Es Licenciado en Comunicación por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y postgraduado en Cine por la University of Sydney (Sydney College of the Arts). Su proyecto documental “La Alfombra Roja” (2013) ganó más de 20 premios en festivales internacionales siendo seleccionado en más de 100 festivales por todo el mundo, fue nominado a los Premios Goya por ese mismo proyecto. Ahora presenta la pieza experimental “Los amantes de Avignon” (2023), una alegoría del cubismo pictórico a imagen real en movimiento. Durante los últimos doce años ha trabajado en el famoso programa de televisión Cuarto Milenio como director de las piezas de ficción. English: Manuel Fernández Ferro (Madrid, 1978). He has a Barchelor Degree in Communication Studies and studied filmmaking in University of Sydney (SCA). In 2013 he shot “The Red Carpet” a documentary documentary awarded with more than 20 international awards and more than 100 selections at festivals around the world. It was also nominated for the Goya Awards (Spanish Film Academy Awards). Now presents the experimental short film “The Lovers of Avignon” (2023), an allegory of pictorial cubism into motion real image. He is currently working in a famous spanish television program called Cuarto Milenio as the filmmaker of the horror and science fiction shortfilms contained in that program.
