Connu(e) pour Lifeboat

I launched my career with distinction through my first professional film, TV Dinner, which was among the five Canadian films nominated for the Genie Awards in Toronto in 2005. Over the next 17 years, I dedicated myself to promoting independent Quebec cinema worldwide through my organization, Ciné Tapis Rouge, showcasing films at festivals across five continents and in more than 38 countries. In 2022, I co-founded Mountains of Madness Productions with my colleague Pierre LeBlanc, a company focused on genre cinema, where I have established myself as a director in my favorite genres: fantasy and horror. Under Mountains of Madness Productions, I directed three short films—Tubers, Little Red Hen, and Lifeboat—which have been selected at over 60 festivals and won more than 18 awards, including Best Horror Film, Best Fantasy Film, Best Editing, Best Genre Film Directed by a Woman, and Best Cinematography. I am currently working on the scripts for two feature films. I also founded a writing residency for filmmakers between Quebec and Taiwan and have served as a jury member at several prestigious film festivals around the globe. As a screenwriter specializing in novel and short story adaptations, as well as a director, producer, and editor, my extensive experience in storytelling and filmmaking enables me to bring ambitious, innovative projects to life, ensuring both artistic and commercial success.

Important Notice - Update 03/07/2026
Following the receipt of 1,018 film submissions within just 24 hours, our team is currently handling an exceptionally high volume of entries.
We are also managing over 3,000 emails, which limits our ability to respond immediately. We kindly ask for your understanding as we reply at our own pace to ensure that every request is handled fairly and thoroughly.
Every submitted film has been successfully received and is currently under review. Please do not contact support to confirm receipt or inquire about the status of your submission, as individual requests will not speed up the selection process.
Thank you for your patience during this particularly busy period.
