Pedro grew up in the outskirts of São Paulo city in Brazil, where television programs and VHS tapes from the local rental store became his first sources of inspiration. What began as stories and sketches in notebooks evolved over many years into photography and the production of small films. As a teenager, determined to create a path toward his aspirations, Pedro began a career in graphic design — balancing the need to support himself and his mother with the desire to move closer to the worlds of art, photography, and cinema. Still working within visual communication, he now dedicates part of his time to moving between the dark and the delicate through photography and film, always searching for beauty within simplicity. For him, both still and moving images are forms of attention — transforming silence, memory, and imagination into something that can be seen and felt.
