Matt Conrad is an award-winning British commercial producer based in LA. He has produced Super Bowl commercials and campaigns for brands like Fiji Water, Carvana, Wonderful Pistachios and POM Wonderful. In 2023 he produced the docuseries “Reinventing the Wheel” starring Nascar legend, Jimmie Johnson which won multiple Telly awards. "The Soccermen" is his first feature documentary as a director. Matt’s first short documentary "The Debut" about a young Turkish boxer and his manager, a 21 year old cancer survivor, premiered at the Mammoth Film festival in 2017. He has directed live web-shows with such notable personalities as His Holiness the Dalai Lama and boxer Manny Pacquiao. Matt has directed hundreds of hours of documentary content for educational and health programs in the central valley of California, an area beset by diabetes, obesity and an underfunded education system. He is a graduate of USC’s Peter Stark Producing Program earning an MFA in (2010) and winning the Stark Special Project grant to produce an animated short Traffic Cone, an innocent cross-cultural love story. He is currently developing a narrative film about the 1910 Sokeh’s rebellion when Micronesian laborers revolted against their German occupiers.
